Shipping

Free shipping on all Republic of Ireland / United Kingdom orders over €50 (€75 on international). Please allow up to 3-4 working days for delivery within the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom. For deliveries to Europe and US please allow up to 5-8 working days for delivery.

Online Gift Vouchers do not qualify towards free shipping. We aim to fulfil your order as quickly as possible, please allow extra time for delivery during peak periods. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from browaid.com, you may return unopened and unused items to us within 14 days of receipt. All packaging and tamper-resistant seals must be intact, otherwise, the item is unfit for re-sale and will not be accepted by our returns department. 

Browaid is compliant with all relevant consumer laws and regulations. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (Chapter 3, Section 31) you as a consumer have a period of 14 days within which you can decide to cancel the contract with us. Your right to cancel does not apply to where the products purchased were either used or unsealed after delivery, unless the product is defective. To exercise the right of cancellation, please notify us by email or letter, and return the unsealed / unused products to us. Any goods sent back to us without prior company approval will not be refunded, replaced or repaired. Please note that the cost of returning these goods is at your expense.

If it is the case that you believe that the product purchased is defective, or not of merchantable quality you have rights under the relevant Defective Products Act. You may be entitled to a refund, replacement or repair and/or compensation, where goods are faulty or not as described. If you believe any of these to be the case, please email or write to us within 14 days.
