INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
If your goal is to significantly improve length of lashes & brow density/thickness, we would suggest you use a small amount twice a day, morning & evening for 6 weeks. Use the ball tip, to run product along the lash line. Use the brush to comb through the brows. If there is an area of the Brow that lacks hair, you can use the ball tip to pinpoint & target that pocket and encourage regrowth.
If you goal is to optimise brow & lash health, use once a day in the evening as part of your skincare routine.
Post Brow lamination/ lash lift we advise that you to use once a day. The serum is packed with all the nourishment & care needed to protect from damage 💚

Free shipping on all Republic of Ireland / United Kingdom orders over €50 (€75 on international). Please allow up to 3-4 working days for delivery within the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom. For deliveries to Europe and US please allow up to 5-8 working days for delivery. We use An Post for deliveries within the Republic of Ireland and Royal Mail for deliveries to the UK.
Online Gift Vouchers do not qualify towards free shipping. We aim to fulfil your order as quickly as possible, please allow extra time for delivery during peak periods. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase frombrowaid.com, you may return unopened and unused items to us within 14 days of receipt. All packaging and tamper-resistant seals must be intact, otherwise, the item is unfit for re-sale and will not be accepted by our returns department.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (Chapter 3, Section 31) you as a consumer have a period of 14 days within which you can decide to cancel the contract with us. Your right to cancel does not apply to where the products purchased were either used or unsealed after delivery, unless the product is defective. To exercise the right of cancellation, please notify us by email or letter, and return the unsealed / unused products to us. Any goods sent back to us without prior company approval will not be refunded, replaced or repaired. Please note that the cost of returning these goods is at your expense.

I don't usually write reviews but as I've just sent for my 3rd tube I thought maybe I should.
I can't see a time when I would not use this brilliant formula. It has made such a difference to my brows. I now have to trim some of them (no plucking here) and they are continuing to improve. I think you will notice a difference in the condition of your brows, worth a try I think.

I had very sparse brows and took a punt on this product to see if it would help where others hadn't. I am delighted to say the increase in hairs across my natural eye brow area is beyond what I had expected. This product is a game changer. Please don't stop making it. I have growth in areas that had been long plucked to nothing and where the hairs were sparse, they are thicker now. Brilliant product.
